Because the tips of our pens are made of wax, the higher temperatures from June to September can cause issues during transportation. Although the pens may not be visibly damaged upon arrival, some customers have experienced softer tips during their first use due to the heat. To ensure a better experience, we recommend placing the entire pen in the refrigerator for a short time upon receipt. This will help the tip regain its normal hardness, making it easier to use.
